The trip starts at the bus stop in Durres. Around 07:30 the group meets with the guide; during this time the guide makes a short description of itinerary. At 8:00, we leave for the historical country of Shengjergj.

At around 9:00 we are in the tourist village of Shengjergj.What makes this village special is the presence of many holy sites and picturesque nature. During our visit to this area we will have the chance to see: the waterfall of Shengjin, the ruins the castle of Shengjin, the valley of Val, the holy place.

Once we arrive in the village we will have the enjoyment to hear the rushing of the Shengjin waterfall. A wonderful waterfall due to the height and clearness of the water. To see this beauty of nature we have to go on a few trails and so we will look closer.

The ruins of the Castle of Shengjergji are an important point in the history of this area, as it shows how ancient these ancestors originate who are often called by the synonym of "wise"; this is because the first school in Tirana was opened in the village of Shengjergj. In this area have also inhabited the ancestors of the tribe of the Araniti.

If desired, we can consume lunch in the outdoor (if we have agreed first) or sit in the nearby restaurant.

The Cave of Val is another place we will visit there. We will have the opportunity to see a miracle that is shaped by the internal movement of the earth. The cave has two exits on two different sides. The adventurers will have the chance to see an infinity of forms created by the karst activity (water abrasive activity on the limestone cliffs).

The Holy Place according to the local inhabitants is thought that one of the three Saints who founded this village was buried in that area and they each year organize a celebration in his honor.
